The event everyone has been asking for from the Women’s Health Club. A focus on a range of women’s health issues in a supportive environment. This time it’s more like a chat show – we will be asking women to pre-submit their questions, where the experts will be on hand to answer them. This Women’s Health and Wellbeing’ event promises to be an enlightening evening exploring vital topics in women’s health, from gynaecology and menstruation to menopause, hysterectomy, breast health, skin care and so much more!
Host Jenny Powell will be joined by a panel of leading health and wellbeing experts for an enlightening evening of Q&As, talks, inspiration, and practical guidance.

Meet Your Hosts: A Dynamic Duo
Jenny Powell
Warm, witty, and refreshingly candid, Jenny Powell is no stranger to tackling the tough topics. Currently recovering from a hysterectomy, she is courageously sharing her own health journey in partnership with her consultant gynaecologist, Dr Amiry. Together, they have vowed to create a community that supports women’s health and well-being.
Jenny’s charisma and quick wit make her the perfect co-host for Femisphere. Her ability to bring humour to serious conversations will set the tone for an unforgettable evening – a safe, fun and empowering space for all attendees.
Dr Amiry
As a leading voice in gynaecology, Dr Amiry is known for her compassionate approach and her knack for simplifying complex medical topics. A passionate advocate for awareness and education, she has dedicated her career to empowering women to understand their bodies and take control of their health.
At Femisphere, Dr Amiry will share her expertise on everything from pelvic health and periods to menopause and fertility. Her relatable and practical insights will leave you feeling informed, confident, and inspired.
Emma Neville – Menopause Coach and Counsellor – founder of ‘This is Me’
Emma experienced an early menopause aged 40 being diagnosed with POI premature ovarian insufficiency. The average age of Menopause in the UK is 51. Receiving this diagnosis encouraged Emma to research the topic and gain an understanding of the phases of menopause and studied to become a menopause coach .
Emma started an online community ‘This is Me’ to share her story and to encourage everyone to talk about menopause.

William is an award-winning and pioneering celebrity facialist, respected advanced aesthetician, and renowned speaker in the Beauty & Wellness sector, with over 15 years of expertise in beauty, aesthetics, nutrition, and ancient massage techniques. He has worked with on-screen celebrities, actors, and leading global skin and spa brands, earning distinction as the first male therapist to be nominated and shortlisted for several prestigious UK beauty and aesthetic industry awards. His award wins highlight his commitment to excellence, further evidenced by his frequent appearances in UK media and TV and his role on the VTCT Department of Education’s skills advisory board.
💡 Dr. Aoiffe Kilcommons, BSc., MPhil., DClinPsych., PG.DipCAT., CPsychol. AFBPsS.
Aoiffe is the founding director of Happiness in Mind – a leading provider of independent Psychology & Well-being Services since 2006. A strong advocate of prevention is better than cure, Aoiffe aims to creatively apply her extensive knowledge and skills to develop services that alleviate suffering and promote resilience, lasting happiness & well-being.
More recently, she established the Resilience in Mind Centre as a result of her work with elite athletes in the professional sports arena. 💡 Jeanette Jackson – NUTRITIONIST, AUTHOR & PRESENTE – Wellness From Within
Jeannette Jackson is a nutritional biochemist, who works as an executive health consultant for blue chip organisations, offering expert scientific advice on all areas of health, nutrition and wellness to enhance staff productivity and performance. She is also the nutrition expert on the Anti-Ageing Secrets DVD with Glynis Barber. She regularly appears as an expert on TV and radio shows for the BBC and as a keynote speaker at national conferences

Fresh from her own recovery after a hysterectomy, Jenny Powell brings her trademark humour and charm to the stage. Having teamed up with Dr Amiry after battling heavy periods herself, Jenny is passionate about supporting women to feel heard, informed, and empowered.
