These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules for using The Women’s Health Club Ltd’s website(s), including The Wellbeing Edit digital magazine, the Women’s Health Club Directory, and associated membership services (collectively, “the Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.

  2. Use of Our Services
    Content is for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    You may share links to our articles and listings, but you must not reproduce, distribute, or exploit content without prior permission.
    You agree not to misuse our Services by attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt them.

    All health and wellbeing content is for informational purposes only and should not be taken as medical advice. Always consult a qualified health professional before making health-related decisions.
    Contributors’ views are their own and do not necessarily reflect those of The Women’s Health Club.
    While we take care to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that content will always be complete, up to date, or error-free.
  4. Directory Listings & Memberships
    Businesses listed in the Directory must pass our 10-point check to ensure quality and trustworthiness.
    We reserve the right to edit, refuse, or remove listings that breach our standards, contain misleading information, or are deemed inappropriate.
    Memberships run for a minimum term of 12 months. No refunds are available once payment is made or a 12 month agreement has been accepted. This stands for both memberships paid up front and for memberships paid monthly
    Renewal terms will be communicated prior to the end of the 12-month period.
  5. Advertising & Sponsored Content
    We may feature sponsored articles, affiliate links, or paid advertising. These will always be clearly labelled.
    While we vet advertisers carefully, we do not endorse, guarantee, or accept liability for third-party products or services.
    Any promotional offers are subject to the advertiser’s own terms.
  6. Intellectual Property
    All content, logos, designs, graphics, and text on our Services are protected by copyright and/or trademark laws.
    Contributors retain copyright in their work but grant The Women’s Health Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, edit, and distribute their contributions.
    You may not reproduce or commercially exploit any material without prior permission.
  7. Events
    From time to time we run in-person and online events. Tickets or participation may be subject to separate event-specific terms, which will be provided at the time of booking.
    We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events. Where possible, we will offer refunds or transfers.

    We comply with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.
