Wellness One Healthstyle – Health Spa in Alderley Edge

Myself and two friends were visiting Alderley Edge over the weekend and we called into your salon to ask about the flotation bed. Nadia was so welcoming and offered to show us around and explain all the services and benefits that you offer. We all booked a red light therapy session and loved it. So much, that I have found a provider in Cardiff and have booked a session with them for next week. I just hope I feel the benefit as much as I do from that one session on your bed. Pain in my left hand has significantly reduced and I can see improvement in scarring. Nadia was super professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for. If I lived closer I would be a regular because of her. I will calling back later today to order a red light therapy mask and really appreciate the offer of the 15% discount. I had a treatment today with Molly and it was such an amazing experience! I did the red light therapy for 20 minutes, and she made the whole session incredibly comfortable and relaxing. Molly was warm, professional, and really made me feel at ease. I feel absolutely amazing afterwards refreshed and glowing! I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend her and the treatment. As I am not a person who uses treatment normally I was invited to try the dry flotation and the red-light therapy after using the facility's I will definitely be going back to experience both treatments and will definitely be recommending to my friends and family as I felt amazing after the red-light and so relaxed after the dry flotation.

I recently visited and honestly couldn't recommend it enough! I used the red light beds, the red light sauna, the dermalux and the flotation bed, and the whole experience was incredible. It was so relaxing, but at the same time you know you're doing something really beneficial for your body and overall wellbeing. Jana, the manager, couldn't have been more helpful. She was so welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything and making me feel completely at ease. You can really tell she cares about her clients and is passionate about what she does. I walked out feeling completely refreshed, re-energised, and like a new person. It was exactly what I needed to switch off and recharge. The atmosphere was lovely, the facilities were spotless, and the whole experience felt really welcoming. I'll definitely be making this part of my regular self-care routine. If you're looking for a way to relax while doing something positive for your health and wellbeing, I highly recommend giving it a try. I can't wait for my next visit!
