Good things happen when something moves.

Our registered osteopaths provide high-quality specialist musculoskeletal care through comprehensive one-to-one assessment, diagnosis and treatment. Our whole-body approach addresses the health needs of you as an individual, attending to the root causes of issues together with any current symptoms – getting you out of pain and keeping you out of pain.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

What is an osteopath?

A healthcare professional who diagnoses and treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions using manual techniques—massage, joint mobilisation, stretching—to support your body’s structure and healing.

Do I need a GP referral?

No, you do not need a referral from a GP to see an osteopath in the UK. Osteopaths are primary healthcare practitioners, and you can make an appointment directly with us. However, some private health insurance policies may require a GP referral for reimbursement, so it is advisable to check your policy if you plan to claim expenses.

Will treatment leave me sore?

You may feel a little like you’ve done gentle exercise the day after—that’s normal and usually resolves within 48 hours. Stay hydrated, and let us know if discomfort lingers.

How does oesteopathy differ from physiotherapy?

Both osteopaths and physiotherapists are equally qualified and trained (both obtaining degrees in their specialisation, and being regulated healthcare professionals), and they have more similarities than differences.

They both work with the aim of enabling the body to most effectively heal. The best way to decide which one is best for you is to consider the type of problem you have, your personal preferences, and what may have helped you in the past.

While physiotherapists focus on rehabilitation exercises, osteopathy includes manual therapy, structural assessment, and broader lifestyle guidance.

What conditions can you help with?

Commonly treated conditions include neck and back pain, joint discomfort, headaches, sport-related injuries, and posture-related tension. But we also address the symptoms of stress, sensory overwhelm, and fatigue—especially when they manifest as physical tension.

Connie and Lily are fantastic osteopaths I could not trust anybody else with my body. These ladies have helped me through a great deal and supported me through all aspects mentally and physically ! As a physiotherapist I could not recommend more highly than these two ladies. Thank you to the both of you for keeping me in tiptop shape!

I had a couple of sessions with Lily, which were pretty awesome. The first time I had terrible neck pain from holding tension and like magic she released all that. I had my latest session a week or two ago, (a year later from my initial session)as repeat work to prevent any more tension from building up in the same area again, as I was experiencing a lot of stress. I have been impressed by how professional and caring she has been initially and until today.. with giving me additional encouragement and exercises to support my body and wellbeing altogether Thank you so so so much.

When someone cares, you feel it. Lily asked and listened. Explained and treated. It was fascinating to realize Lily was able to feel my pain and regulate it. When you are looking for a professional and caring treatment/s, I can't recommend enough. Thank you again Lily!
