The treatment was deeply relaxing and I felt an immediate sense of lightness afterwards. The infrared sauna was the perfect addition and left me feeling calm and restored. My treatment began with a deeply relaxing lymphatic massage followed by cupping, oxygen chamber therapy, and an infrared sauna an incredible combination for detoxification, circulation, and overall wellbeing. Sasha, my therapist, was absolutely fantastic intuitive, knowledgeable, and truly skilled in creating a calming, restorative experience. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and completely rebalanced. 5 months agoThe most beautiful country setting to relax and kickstart my lymphatic journey, I warmed up in the infrared sauna then had a wonderful lymphatic massage. My therapist was amazing and talked me through the steps. I finished of my recovery with a session in the pure oxygen compression pod. A beautiful peaceful place, friendly knowledgable staff that look after you from start to finish. Can’t wait to go back!

As well as being extremely relaxing and comfortable, it also felt both very professional (Clare told me lots about different stretches) and lovely and friendly. I didn’t feel rushed at all, and Clare even made me a delicious detox tea afterwards. I will definitely be coming back for repeat treatments!
