SHE Health was founded by Dr Laura Clark and Dr Katie Hilton, who have a shared belief that women deserve care that looks at the whole picture, not just isolated symptoms.
We are a private women’s health clinic providing joined-up 360 care for women with complex, often overlapping hormone-related presentations. Much of our work focuses on perimenopause and menopause, PMS and PMDD, metabolic health, PCOS, endometriosis, contraception and hormone-related mental health symptoms, including the specific challenges faced by neurodivergent women such as those with ADHD.
At SHE Health, we combine evidence-based medicine with integrative, whole-person care.
Women who work with us benefit from time, depth and careful clinical thinking. We review health information in advance, take the time to listen properly, and explore medical history, hormones, lifestyle, mental health and longer-term health risk together.
This approach allows us to move beyond symptom-led care and identify root contributors to how you are feeling.
Your care can include targeted investigations, medical treatment such as hormone therapy, contraception or testosterone prescribing, alongside nutrition, lifestyle medicine and wellbeing support that is realistic and sustainable.
Appointments are available both in person and remotely, designed to fit around busy lives without compromising on quality or depth of care.
SHE Health is led by doctors with specialist qualifications in women’s health, menopause care and lifestyle medicine, with accreditation from the British Menopause Society, Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (DRCOG), Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (DFSRH) and the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine.
We practise modern medicine with curiosity, compassion and precision.
Our focus is not only symptom improvement, but helping you feel informed, supported and confident in decisions about your health.
SHE Health is a clinic where women are taken seriously and care is genuinely individual

2 months agoI came to the Lifestyle Clinic when I was at rock bottom. I had been trying to manage PMDD myself for years but the 6-9 months leading up to this point became so overwhelming it felt like I was fighting a losing battle. Being a neurodivergent woman, I was reluctant to seek help having been dismissed or invalidated so many times whilst trying to advocate for myself. But I’m so grateful that (after some nudging from loved ones) I finally sought help from a specialist. My appointment with Dr Laura and all our interactions since have been so healing. Having the space to freely and honestly communicate my struggles to someone who actually understands and wants to hear you has been a life raft, and her support alongside my treatment plan have already made such a difference in helping me start to get back on my feet.

3 weeks agoI had a great experience at SHE Health. The doctor was very thorough whilst putting me at ease. I got everything I wanted out of the initial consultation and felt that I was given time to ask all the questions I had.

5 months agoMy first time with the lifestyle clinic. I felt at ease from the second I walked through the door. We discussed any issues I felt important and Katie listened and made some suggestions for me to try. I would definitely recommend this clinic for help and advice around hormones and more.

4 months agoHighly recommended. Incredibly thorough and really took their time to make sure all my concerns were heard, and treatment tailored specifically for me. You can tell they are passionate about what they do and genuinely want the best outcome for you. Suffered with awful fatigue and just a couple of weeks later that symptom has almost dissipated.
