The Breast Awareness Clinic

The UK’s first breast cancer prevention clinic, based in Cheshire.  Laura Naylor is a Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist, who works for the NHS and is the Founder of The Breast Awareness Clinic.

The clinic’s aim is to prevent, predict and early detect breast cancer, through breast examination, education and genetic testing.

The clinic offers a practical, holistic approach, teaching people who to perform breast self-examinations, recognise how breast cancer may look or feel, and understand ways to reduce their personal risk through individualised risk assessment based on family history.

It supports those who have had a recent diagnosis of breast cancer and are seeking more regular follow ups.

Adult degree with Honors, in Nursing (Bsc, Hons)

Masters module in Genetics

Teach at the University of Manchester, Grading and Staging of Breast Cancer
