Very impressed with the Wilmslow hospital and the consultant I saw Professor Vishal Madan was so nice and encouraging. He filled me with confidence with his advice. The hospital itself is a Beautiful place in the centre of Wilmslow. Parking on site for patients was adequate. I arrived 15 mins early and was seen virtually straight away. The reception area was spotlessly clean and the staff gave me a warm welcome. I am Waiting to hear from the consultant now which will hopefully be soon as I am eager to get treatment started.

I had an amazing experience with my appointment at the wilmslow. The hospital is a beautiful building both inside and out. The waiting rooms are so comfortable and drinks are provided while you wait. My consultant Neil Jain was brilliant. My appointment felt far from rushed and I’ve left feeling very confident he’s going to help get to the bottom of what’s causing my pain. I fully recommend this consultant and hospital to anyone. 5 stars.

parking not great, poor communication with HCA & the hospital, i wasn't given the cost of the consultation upfront, or via email after chasing, no-one available on the desk to make payment after the appt.either. I required an MRI and was told someone would call me and i could pay altogether at the end, no one called, i chased this up 2 weeks later and then hit with a large unexpected bill just for the consultation in the post dated a week before recieving it. I was chased immediately for payment via text. They advertise consultations 'from' £95 my 15 minute appt. Cost £290 and I found the consultant stern. My paper work got lost initially for the MRI also and had to be chased. I asked how much the consultants fee would be to review the MRI and my queastion went unanswered. Ive decided not to return for an MRI or spend any more money at this hospital, due to the hidden fees and lack of communication and organisation. Nice building inside but found it rather pretentious with the premiership signed football shirts largely on display for a hospital. Poor experience overall.

I had an outstanding experience from the first consultation through to the surgery and then final consult. The staff are highly skilled, professional but also very kind and make you feel valued and human!! The hospital itself is clean, comfortable and welcoming. I would wholeheartedly recommend HCA to everyone.

I had Dystal bicep reattachment surgery with Professor Adam Watts. My treatment was excellent and the success of the surgery has got me back to normal life quicker than I expected. The team at the Arm Clinic are second to non and I thoroughly recommend their services. Thank you
