a month agoThe girls at Prestige are the best in the game! Jo is literally the hair extension queen! My last set of extensions done with the girls lasted just under a year and a half, even with me switching from tapes to bonds and dying over them myself at home (do not recommend but thanks to Jo for not telling me off ) My latest set is just gorgeous and was fitted by Jess so gently and quickly - I’d literally never go anywhere else for my hair now xox

a month agoI had tape hair extensions put in yesterday for some extra volume, as my confidence had really taken a hit with thinning hair due to menopause. I honestly left the salon feeling like I was on cloud nine! The transformation is absolutely unbelievable — my hair looks completely natural, and the colour match is spot on. My confidence walking out yesterday was through the roof, and I can’t stop smiling. All of the staff were so warm, friendly, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Thank you so much to the whole team — you’ve genuinely helped me feel like myself again! 💖

They look so natural and I have had loads of compliments about how great my hair looks. Jo and the rest of the team were also very friendly. So glad I have found this place. Thank you x

a year agoI don’t usually leave reviews however, this true act of kindness by the Salon Owner and her staff has meant the world to me and my daughters. I was hospitalised due to pneumonia, my daughter had braids in her hair from holiday and lots had fell out, she was devastated. My mum tried several hairdressers and finally went to Prestige. Jo and a colleague replaited my daughter’s hair immediately and even gave her replacement bobbles, when mum offered to pay they politely refused to accept anything. My daughters were upset that I wasn’t at home and this act of sheer kindness is beyond words. I actually am a customer of prestige however had not had extensions for some time (when I did they were amazing). However, the staff didn’t realise it was my daughter which is even more heartwarming thank you Jo and Team keep up the incredible work xx
