Alzheimer’s Prevention Coaching for Women over 40 – Reduce brain fog, have a sharp mind and protect your brain for life.

I’m an Alzheimer’s Prevention Expert, working with women over 40 to help them take clear, practical steps to protect their brain health. Through my 360Brain Health Programme I offer 1:1 and group membership support to help you stay focused, sharp and confident throughout life.

Liz is a Registered Osteopath and Brain Health Coach.

Q1: Who is this service for?
A: This programme is designed for women aged roughly 40 and above who are looking to proactively improve their brain health and reduce their risk of Alzheimer’s disease. Whether you have a family history of Alzheimer’s, have noticed changes in your memory or cognitive speed, or simply want to adopt a more brain-healthy lifestyle, you’re in the right place.

Q2: What exactly do you offer?
A: We offer personalised one-to-one coaching using the “360 Brain Health Blueprint”, a science-backed, practical lifestyle programme designed to help you support your brain health long-term. This isn’t about extreme diets, endless gym hours or spending heavily on supplements, it’s about making simple, sustainable daily habit changes that fit into your life.

Q3: Do I need to be already fit and healthy to start?
A: No, you don’t. The programme is designed for women at different stages of health and lifestyle. Whether you’re already active or you feel your brain isn’t as sharp as it used to be, the coaching will be tailored to your starting point, your goals and your available time.

Q4: What if I have a family history of Alzheimer’s disease, does it mean I will get it?
A: Having a family history can raise your awareness and risk, but it does not mean that Alzheimer’s is inevitable. The good news is there are proven lifestyle strategies that can reduce risk and help preserve brain health. The coaching is designed to help you apply these strategies in a way that works for you.

Q5: How long does the coaching take, and what kind of commitment is involved?
A: The exact duration depends on the coaching package you choose and your personal goals. Typically, the programme spans a number of weeks (or months) of guided sessions plus ongoing habit work. Because the emphasis is on sustainable change rather than dramatic overhaul, the commitment is realistic, you’ll be supported to integrate changes into your life, not to disrupt it completely.

Q6: What will I get out of the programme?
A: At the end of the coaching you should feel more confident about your brain health, more alert and focused, and have a clearer plan and habits in place to protect your brain long-term. You’ll gain knowledge, tools and personalised support, ultimately helping you feel empowered rather than worried.

Q7: How do I get started?
A: The first step is to schedule a free, no-obligation 30-minute chat (via the link on the website) where we’ll discuss your current situation, your goals and whether the programme is a good fit for you. After that, if you decide to proceed, we’ll agree your personalised plan and next steps.

Q8: What happens if I feel I’ve left it too late to make a difference?
A: It’s a very common feeling, but the good news is that improvements are still possible. The brain remains adaptable and many small changes can add up to meaningful benefit. The coaching is built with that in mind, even if you feel you’re “behind”, there are still strategies you can use to move forward.

Q9: Are supplements or special diets required?
A: No, the focus is not on expensive supplements or very restrictive diets. While good nutrition is part of supporting brain health, the emphasis is on realistic, everyday habits (nutrition, movement, sleep, stress-management, cognitive challenge) that you can sustain. If you already use or are considering supplements, we’ll discuss how they fit into your overall plan, but they’re not the core requirement.

Q10: How is your coaching different from general health or wellness programmes?
A: The key difference is the specific focus on brain health and Alzheimer’s prevention, using research-backed strategies, tailored for women over 40. While many health or wellness programmes offer generic lifestyle advice, this one is specialised: it recognises the unique concerns of this demographic, the brain-health piece, and makes it actionable in a busy life.

Q11: What kind of results can I expect and when?
A: Every person’s journey is different, so specific results and timelines vary. You might begin to feel more mentally alert, more in control of your habits, and more confident within weeks. The more you engage with the habit work and support, the greater your ability to impact your brain health long-term. We’ll set realistic goals together, and track progress in a way that reflects your lifestyle.

Q12: What if I have a medical condition or I’m on medication?
A: Always consult your doctor or healthcare provider before making major lifestyle changes, especially if you have a diagnosed medical condition or take medications. The coaching programme complements medical advice but does not replace personalised medical or psychiatric care. If needed, we’ll coordinate so that the lifestyle work supports (and is approved by) your healthcare team.
