FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. Is it like a normal gym?
No, we are primarily a coach-led session based facility – so all the sessions you do will be led by an expert coach to help you progress in each and every session. That being said all our memberships do also include Open Gym access so you can train on your own as well.
2. How much is it?
We offer a range of options from pay as you go to 1 month rolling memberships. Our ‘BUILD’ small group Personal Training sessions work out around £20per session and our ‘BURN’ group cardio sessions around £9per session. The best thing to do is come down for a complimentary trial session to see if you like it and then we can work out the best option for you.

a year agoAn incredible 6-week challenge! I absolutely loved getting back into the gym and training with such knowledgeable and supportive coaches. They genuinely care about you as a person, not just a number, and their guidance made a huge difference. The gym itself is in a great location and offers everything you’d want in a proper training environment. The nutrition advice was refreshingly simple and balanced—no gimmicks, just smart, sustainable recommendations. And the results? They speak for themselves.

a year agoAfter a couple of years of struggling to motivate myself and lacking any real accountability, I decided to give the 6 week challenge a go. Wow - the results have far exceeded what I hoped for! FITISM really appealed to me because it’s different to large commercial gyms - the more intimate class sizes and social feel not only motivate you to turn up and work hard, but also get real enjoyment out of it. 6 weeks later, I’m stronger, feel much better and have a growing group of people that I really enjoy training with. I’d totally recommend FITISM to anyone! There will be a class to suit anyone and a group of people to keep you motivated to turn up, try hard and keep coming back.

a year agoReally enjoyed the 6-week challenge, I’ve been able to schedule in to an average of 3x Build & 2x Burn classes a week, all varied sessions with different PT’s strengthening various muscle groups & improving endurance. The gym is clean, well maintained & intimate, with small group classes being fun & motivating within a lovely community. I’ve lost weight, reduced my body fat %, increased muscle mass & are highly motivated to continue the journey. I also followed some nutritional advice & having that in mind made it far easier to avoid certain foods/snacks & fuel my body with optimum protein & vitamins etc.

4 weeks agoDo not hesitate, just go for it. Best decision I made. Best shape I’ve been in for years. And I still got to enjoy my weekends and nights out with a few tweaks to the diet!
