a year agoUsed originally to treat a sudden shoulder injury from the gym which the pain reduced 80% the next day, something id expect to take weeks. Felt brilliant and have been several times since for overall health and recovery boost. The ladies are extremely welcoming and helped relieved my original nerves of trying it. Also the building and surrounding area is brilliant, safe and clean. Thank you.

a year agoI can’t thank both Karen and Caroline enough for their help and support over the last couple of months. I’ve been visiting almost everyday to receive whole body cryotherapy to help with the symptoms of topical steroid withdrawal. I’ve seen such a positive difference in my skin and I truly believe that cryotherapy is accelerating my healing. Both ladies are so lovely, no judgment, only good vibes. I’m not fully healed yet, but plan to carry on using the cryo to further help me on my way to being 100% again!
