At B.fresh, we make the UK’s most functional drinks – oƯering a wide range of
cold pressed juices, smoothies and shots that are as fresh and nutritious as possible.
Our story began in 2014 on our Shropshire farm when a hailstorm damaged our spinach
crop. Rather than let it go to waste, we pressed it into juice and realised we could create
something special.
We still press our own spinach, kale, romaine and iceberg on-site today, making us the
only juice brand in the UK that can say this. It means we know exactly where our greens
come from, and any leftover pulp goes straight back to the land as compost or is
converted into energy.
Our recipes are simple. No added sugar, sweeteners, preservatives or water – just fruit,
veg and functional ingredients in meaningful dosages. For example, our turmeric shots
contain 49g of fresh turmeric root, making them some of the strongest you can buy in
the UK.
We use cold pressing and high pressure processing to retain up to 96% more nutrients
compared to heat pasteurisation. This locks in fresh taste, ensures safety and gives
every bottle a minimum of 28 days shelf life.
Sustainability runs through everything we do. All our packaging is recyclable, including our boxes, insulation and gel packs. Our bottles are made from 100% recycled plastic
and our production site is partly powered by solar energy.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to the UK Mainland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland &
Isle of Man.
Are your juices suitable for people with diabetes?
Relative to all of the other available smoothie and fruit juice options the B.Fresh are a
much better choice. The lower energy density (kcal), sugar content and higher fibre
content will result in a much smaller increase in blood glucose and insulin. The shots and multi ingredient fruit and vegetable options are certainly valuable additions to the
diet of a diabetic. I would suggest avoiding the juices (apple and orange) as the sugar
content and glycemic index is slightly higher.
Is cold-pressed juice good for you?
Cold-pressed juice is arguably a lot better for you than other pasteurised juices.
Vitamins & nutrients don’t fare well with heat, so the cold-press process helps to keep
higher levels of goodness in our juices than you’d find in pasteurised juices, coldpressed juice also gives a ton of health benefits such as improved digestion, healthy

Can your juices be frozen?
We do not advise freezing our juices. As the bottles are HPP’d, they have a naturally
extended shelf-life, meaning fresher juice for longer!

3 years agoI'm a new customer to B.Fresh & to say I'm impressed is an understatement. I love the quality and taste of the juices and feel the benefits already. The customer service is also top notch. I emailed a few questions through to the team this morning and they responded swiftly with lots of help and advice. I know the price tag is a bit much but sometimes you have to pay that little bit extra for a real quality product and service. I've signed up to a subscription and I'm happy with everything so far. The only concern is the delivery which has been mentioned a few times, obviously it's not the team's fault if a driver goes to the wrong address or leaves a package in the wrong place. So far I haven't had any issued with the deliveries but I did notice that anyone who did raise a concern were contacted by the team which is another positive. There's a lot of companies out there, juice brands, who often don't respond to customers in a swift manner or ignore them all together. B. Fresh is a very hands on company and I noticed that from the start. From their Instagram page to their email, they will do their very best to respond to you in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company and my followers know how picky I am lol.

2 years agoHaving worked for a transport company I have had the privilege of going to BFresh, the staff are amazing and the help from the reception down to the workers is fantastic. 6 years agoI'm a first time customer and I'm not impressed so far. 1. I called to speak to someone about juices and was never called back. 2. I made a big order and ended up waiting in all day as they finally arrived 4 hours after my allotted delivery time. :(

5 years agoThe shots taste VILE to the point they made me want to THROW UP! ..... NOT what I want for my 'health' , am still feeling nauseous half an hour later and I might just throw up soon as I might feel better and a months subscription is to be THROWN IN THE BIN now!! :-( :-( NO health benefits to be felt just yukky NAUSEA :-( :-( :-( Plus am SICK I WASTED all that money...
