Bay’s Kitchen is an award-winning UK food brand making delicious, certified Low FODMAP (IBS friendly) food that is gluten free, dairy free and mostly vegan, all handmade in the UK. Our mission is to bring the JOY back to the 1 in 5 people in the UK living with IBS and food intolerances.

Bay’s Kitchen was founded by Bay Burdett, who lived with IBS herself. After her diagnosis, food went from something she loved to something she had to manage, and with no convenient IBS-friendly products available she cooked everything from scratch while juggling a demanding career. Bay’s Kitchen was born to give others the convenience and flavour she couldn’t find.

What we offer: A range of quick, ready-to-use stir-in cooking sauces (including Katsu Curry, Thai Green and Thai Red Curry, Teriyaki, Sweet & Sour, Korma, Spicy Arrabbiata and Tomato & Basil), plus condiments, chutneys and stocks. Every recipe is made without common trigger ingredients such as onion and garlic. We also offer bundles, gift vouchers, a Low FODMAP food symptom diary, free recipes on our website, and Subscribe & Save (10% off every order plus free delivery).

Who we serve: Anyone with IBS, food intolerances or a sensitive stomach, and the families and friends who cook for them. Our sauces mean one meal the whole table can enjoy, instead of cooking separate dishes.

What makes us unique: Our products are independently certified Low FODMAP and free from the most common gut triggers, without compromising on taste. We work in association with the British Dietetic Association, and you can find us in Waitrose, Ocado, Amazon, independent delis and farm shops across the UK, as well as on our own webshop.
