We’ve teamed up with the Common Good to bring you ‘The Health Edit’, a health and wellbeing festival in Knutsford featuring brilliant experts, fitness instructors, wellbeing practitioners, musicians and local businesses for one uplifting day.

From 10am, adult women can enjoy expert talks, Thrive in Five, high-energy classes and restorative sessions covering everything from menopause, nutrition and mental health to brain health, breathwork and strength training.

From 3pm, the festival opens to men and families for live music, a DJ, family activities, a Men’s Health Panel and plenty more to discover.

Come to learn, move, reset or simply enjoy the atmosphere. Every ticket supports Alzheimer’s research and organisations working to improve brain health.

We were hosted by Sharon when visiting Booth's Park who very kindly accommodated a short notice viewing request. She patiently walked us through the options available for us, she presented the amenities within the park and told us about future development plans aimed at promoting a sense of community in the park. She was very quick to follow up after the meeting with relevant information. Thank you, Sharon!

Busy business park with a few hidden gems, there is outdoor seating but in general I would say it’s for people who work on site or visiting for a business meeting etc, there is love gardens with public walkway access & outside gym but no children’s park and I wouldn’t take My own children other than a Sunday as no one is working. Also security full time but it’s lovely
