Very impressed with the Wilmslow hospital and the consultant I saw Professor Vishal Madan was so nice and encouraging. He filled me with confidence with his advice. The hospital itself is a Beautiful place in the centre of Wilmslow. Parking on site for patients was adequate. I arrived 15 mins early and was seen virtually straight away. The reception area was spotlessly clean and the staff gave me a warm welcome. I am Waiting to hear from the consultant now which will hopefully be soon as I am eager to get treatment started.

I’m writing to express my sincere gratitude for the care I received during and after my surgery today. From the moment I arrived, every member of staff made a meaningful difference. The receptionist was welcoming and reassuring, helping to ease any nerves at the start of the day. The nursing staff showed exceptional kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness throughout, always taking the time to explain things clearly and ensure I was comfortable. Kia and Mercy were amazing! I’d also like to thank the catering and support staff, whose work behind the scenes plays such an important role in patient recovery and wellbeing, it did not go unnoticed. Please extend my particular thanks to Professor Simon Lloyd for his expertise and care. I felt in very safe hands, and I’m deeply grateful for the skill and reassurance provided. It’s easy to overlook just how much these collective efforts matter, but today’s experience reminded me how vital compassion and teamwork are in healthcare. I’m truly appreciative of everything you all did for me. With warm thanks, Paul

I had an amazing experience with my appointment at the wilmslow. The hospital is a beautiful building both inside and out. The waiting rooms are so comfortable and drinks are provided while you wait. My consultant Neil Jain was brilliant. My appointment felt far from rushed and I’ve left feeling very confident he’s going to help get to the bottom of what’s causing my pain. I fully recommend this consultant and hospital to anyone. 5 stars.

I had an outstanding experience from the first consultation through to the surgery and then final consult. The staff are highly skilled, professional but also very kind and make you feel valued and human!! The hospital itself is clean, comfortable and welcoming. I would wholeheartedly recommend HCA to everyone.
