Mandy offers a calm, personalised, and deeply holistic approach to women’s health and wellbeing, supporting those who feel overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, or “not quite themselves” to reconnect, rebalance, and feel at ease again.
Her work is centred around a simple but powerful outcome: helping women feel like themselves again, calm, clear, and able to move forward in their lives.
How Mandy Supports Women
Mandy works with the whole person, not just symptoms.
Through a unique blend of:
Five-Element Acupuncture: restoring balance within the body and nervous system, helping you return to a more natural state of ease
Mindfulness (Kintsugi Within): a guided mindfulness journey that gently helps you meet your inner world differently, creating calm, clarity, and emotional steadiness.
Mentoring: a thoughtful, one-to-one space to understand what’s unfolding beneath the surface, so you can move forward with clarity, self-trust, and direction
She helps women move from:
overwhelm → ease
anxiety → steadiness
self-doubt → confidence
disconnection → feeling like themselves again
Who This Is For
Mandy supports women who may be experiencing:
*Anxiety, stress, or burnout
*Hormonal imbalances, fertility challenges, or menopause
*Low mood, exhaustion, or emotional overwhelm
*Feeling stuck, lost, or disconnected from themselves
*Life transitions, grief, or uncertainty
Many women come after trying other approaches, looking for something that feels more personal, deeper, and truly effective.
What Makes This Approach Different
This is not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Mandy’s work is:
Bespoke and deeply personal
Root-cause focused, not symptom-led
Grounded in 15+ years of experience
A whole-person approach (mind, body, emotions)
Calm, compassionate, and human-to-human
Women often describe sessions as:
‘reset’
‘like a weight has lifted’
‘I finally feel like myself again’
The Result
Women begin to feel:
*calmer and more grounded
*clearer in their thinking
*more emotionally steady
*more confident in themselves
*able to cope, and move forward
When things change on the inside, life begins to open on the outside, in the form of deeper sleep, a calmer body, less pain, clearer decisions, and the ability to step into new possibilities with confidence and ease.
